8th Prague Space Security Conference

On June 15-17, 2025, the Prague Security Studies Institute (PSSI) will convene in Prague its 8th Prague Space Security Conference titled Space Security Economy and Capabilities: From Policies to Action.
The 8th Prague Space Security Conference will build upon the previous gatherings, concentrating on the intersection of global space security, economic and financial transactions, and effective space governance. The upcoming event will concentrate on space security dimensions of commercial and private sector undertakings, including implications of the non-market, predatory practices and outreach activities of state-controlled and funded enterprises of the two authoritarian space powers – China and Russia.
Attendees can also expect a well-informed update on the constantly evolving counterspace landscape, the implications of Russia’s deteriorating global space reputation, the accelerating U.S. – China space race, allied military space strategies, and the role of public-private partnerships in shaping behavioural norms and other “rules of the space road”.
